Thank you for showing me your project at the dress rehearsal. It was a great pleasure seeing your beautiful project. The color scheme and the general layout of your project are very professional. Here are few suggestions for your project.
1. It would be better to add flash loading status.
2. Add a link for user to download Flash Player.
3. In some pages, the font size is a little bit too small; you may want to enlarge the font size.
4. Add page number.
5. In the index page, you may want to add some background music, to make your music website musical.
6. Add Table of Contents page.
Nice Job Willie! I look forward to see your final product at studio showcase.
Good Luck!

Your 6200 project is very impressive. The professional layout and the user-friendly navigation provide a comfortable learning environment for learners. I can see your effort to make this website both informational and instructional. So far, I would like to say your project is almost prefect. Here are some suggestions for the future improvement.
1. Use streaming video to introduce the facilities in the videoconferencing room.
2. The orange highlight word is a little bit too bright, you may want to change the color.
3. The navigation is very easy to understand for web veteran; however, it could be a little bit confusing for people who are not so familiar with web design. I would like to suggest taking off the “orange arrow” navigation to go to main sections, because the user can use the navigation on the left side of the webpage.
4. I am not sure who the target audience of your project is. If I were a student who just wants to know how to operate the equipment in the videoconferencing room, I may get stuck by the amount of information provided in the website. You may want to reduce some information that is not so mandated by your target users.

Good job Saif, another nice and professional work in your instructional design and development journey!

Thank you for showing me your project at the dress rehearsal. I like your project idea a lot. When I was a high school student, I always want to know the course information before I start to take the class. However, during my three years of study in high school, no one had done that for me. I think your project will benefit a lot of students who are confusing on their program of study.
Here are some suggestions for your projects.
1. On the main page, give the students an introduction about how to use this website.
2. Usually, the main page should be put on the top of the menu.
3. Provide contact info for students in case they want to have further information regarding to select their course.
4. Provide pdf. Version of syllabus if there is a one for the class.
You had a pretty good start; I look forward to see your final product in the studio show case. Good Luck!

I like the online-orientation a lot!
The layout and the navigation are very clear.
I especially like the way you combined html pages, streaming
welcome video, captivate, and on-line quizzes in this online-orientation.
Just few comments for this project.
1. I was wondering where I can get Faculty information in this orientation. I think the perspective students who want to take on-line program will interested in faculty info.

2. It might be better to put one test item instead of two in one page.
3. Provide a direct link to webCT login page on the "intro to WebCT" page.

Well done Haidong! I bet none of the students will bored when
going through this online-orientation. It just very
interesting and interactive!

Good luck!
